This has to be the lamest Super-Villain team EVER!. From the Atom #34, Dec-Jan 1967: Story by Gardner Fox, Art by Gil Kane and Sid Greene.

I can’t figure out the strangest part of this. Weaponized wigs? Cheese with extraordinary powers? What circus acts were they? Kudos at least for making the woman the only useful member of the gang. The Gil Kane action shots of actually make the fights visually stunning. No one captured action quite like Gil Kane.
