This week we sit down together thanks to the interwebs and discuss the passing of creator Rich Buckler and walk through his amazingly long list of credits. The guy was a workhorse for Marvel and DC and will probably be best remembered for creating Deathlok and helping shepherd new talents Denys Cowan and George Pérez into their young careers.
We go through our read piles and continue to talk about the $40 of Wonder Woman comics I bought on Comixology in preparation for the movie next week. Also discussed were mental radios, Etta Candy and her milkshakes, and cringe-inducing reactions after reading comics from another age.
We also dusted off “What’s In A Name” and gave Jerry and John a chance to guess the moniker of an ’90s era creation from the “Comics Future Stars 1993′ set of trading cards. The true name and the card art will be revealed with the podcast post on Facebook.
