There are weeks where the guys of the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! struggle to come up with topics for the week. Is this the week we run a repeat, or air a clip show of our finest (or worst) moments. Thankfully, this is NOT one of those weeks.
See, Marvel leadership spoke at a retailer summit over the weekend. Unfortunately, they kept speaking. They probably should have stopped earlier rather than later. And they should have remembered that there are no private meetings in a world of social media.
So on this week’s show, we discuss some of the humdingers that Marvel lobbed out there. That includes the diversity problem with comics not selling; artists not selling books; digital codes; no more events after Secret Empire; and more.
We would love to hear your comments on the show. Let us know what you’ve been reading or watching this week. Contact us on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or by email. We want to hear from you! As always, we are the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! and we hope you enjoy the show.
