The first year of Empower Comic Con started with a top notch list of media guests and John got to sit down with Gigi Edgley for the very first media panel in Empower history.  Gigi played the fan favorite character Chiana on the show Farscape which was one of the first big hits for the SyFy channel. Gigi continued her relationship with the Henson’s and Syfy as teh host of Jim Henson’s Creature Shop Challenge. Gigi was nominated for the Film’s Critic’s Circle awards for best lead actress in the feature Last Train To Freo, the SyFy Genre Award for Best Supporting actress, the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress in a television series and Maxim Award for sexiest Space Babe. John and Gigi discussed Farscape, working with puppets, and working in Hollywood vs Australia although they disagreed over which is sexier – an American accent or an Australian accent. Listen for yourself and decide!
