logo3The Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! had a great time at the 2nd ever Smallville ComicCon in what is normally Hutchinson Kansas. The Smallville folks got together a great lineup of media guests, comic creators, and cosplay aficionados. If you haven’t checked out our photos from the event click here to get a peek.

Cullen and John were able to get some great interviews and we are here to share them with all our favorite fans!

  • 0:00:00 – 0:00:50: An intro, an audio bump from Katrina Law and our theme music.
  • 0:00:50 – 0:21:33: Interview with comic legend Mike Grell. Mike is most often associated with the Legion of Super-Heroes, Green Arrow and his own original characters like Jon Sable
  • 0:21:33 – 0:35:12: We were thrilled to interview Katrina Law who plays Nyssa on Arrow. She tells us a bit about herself including that she will be back for season 4.
  • 0:35:12 – 0:46:15: Artist extraordinaire and master of the macabre Tommy Castillo sat down with Cullen to discuss his career and influences.
  • 0:46:15 – 0:57:06: Kathy Garver is best known as Cissy on Family Affair and as the voice of Firestar on Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends. We hope you enjoy her run through many of the different voices that she can do.
  • 0:57:06 – 1:24:40: Vernon Wells left an indelible mark on Mad Max fans as the wild eyed Wez in The Road Warrior and went on to appear Weird Science and Commando and a list much too long to put here. His vocabulary was a bit colorful at times

We had a blast at Smallville Comic Con and we made a lot of new friends. Big thanks to con organizer Jon Robinson and for all of the volunteers that made everything run so smoothly. We will definitely be back next year!
