First up, the guys review Star Wars #2 from Marvel Comics. How do you top issue #1 that sold a million copies? A lightsaber battle, AT-ATs, and speeder bikes is a good start! We all loved the book, but someone needs to remind Jason Aaron to include Chewbacca in issue #3, because it’s not wise to upset a wookie.

Next, we review the results from our Best of 2014 Survey. Who was your favorite creator? Favorite book? And most importantly, favorite worst comic podcaster? #thisguy  We also drew names for the $25 Amazon Gift Certificate, which goes to Dan Mercer. Thank you to everyone for participating in the survey.

Jerry gives a look at the recently released March Volume 2 from Top Shelf. Seriously, we read a lot of comics that have no big significance in the grand scheme of things. But this book… this is an important book. This is must read, even if it makes you uncomfortable. You’ll thank us later!

Finally, we wrap things up with some comic talk: Norm Breyfogle is on the way towards recovery, but still needs some help; Netflix gave us a trailer for “Daredevil”; and you’ll never guess WHO was added to the cast of “A.K.A. Jessica Jones”; and Bendis renews his vows with Marvel while announcing his separation from the X-Men.
