We are halfway through the year and quickly reaching the dog days of summer. The hot weather in the midwest is encouraging us to find a comfy seat in the shade and read a stack of books. Tune in to find out what has been in our reading queues.

TV shows are going batty this summer, as word dropped this past week of a new Batwoman and a new Batman-based TV series for HBO.

As always, we have our Pick 3 selections for new books out today. Now hold onto your seats, but John picks a Marvel book while Jerry picks a DC title! What kind of Freaky Friday action are these guys up to? At least Cullen is there to provide an Image pick. Make sure to visit your local comic book store – such as Clint’s Comics – but please do wear a mask and gloves. Capes are optional but encouraged.
