It’s a great time of year for the guys of the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! In the Kansas City area, the weather is changing by the hour, giving us the opportunity to use both the air conditioning and the furnace on the same day. In Portland, it’s a guessing game for what the tsunami warning level will be set at. Regardless the weather, it’s always a great day to read comics.
Now, you don’t have to ask us twice to read some comics. This week, we catch up on some Marvel titles, such as Black Panther, Power Man & Iron Fist, Champions, Darth Vader, Scarlet Witch, and more. We also take a look at some new Young Animal books, Shade the Changing Girl and Doom Patrol.
We get caught up on some TV talk with Supergirl and The Flash! Be sure to check out John’s Limerick challenge, and send us a note if you would like to participate in a future episode. We also can’t stop talking about Luke Cage over on Netflix.
Cullen got some more trading cards in the mail, which leads to another round of What’s in a Name, the game that is sweeping the nation.
We would love to hear your comments on the show. Let us know what you’ve been reading or watching this week. Contact us on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or by email. We want to hear from you!
As always, we are the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! and we hope you enjoy the show.
