As we bring our Kansas City Comic Con panel coverage to a conclusion, we offer up the first panel we hosted at the event. Early on Friday afternoon, Jerry sat down with local attorney (and friend of the podcast) Bill Schmidt.
Bill goes over a ‘Legal Issues 101’ for covering the basics of what creators should know as they get into the business. From copyrights and trademarks to libel and slander, we cover a lot of topics in the time frame with some real life examples and questions from the audience.
