Released in 2021 and 2022, the three-issue series was written by Kelly Sue DeConnick with art from Phil Jimenez, Gene Ha, and Nicola Scott. We are given a fresh take on the origin of the Amazons and how Hippolyta came to be the Queen. We also get a fresh take on the story, with friend of the show Bill Schmidt sitting in with us for this discussion.
