Back to the basics this week for the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER!, as we are going to spend the next hour of so just talking about comics. It’s this type of show that your spouse wants you to listen to for your comic fix.
Obviously, we start with our Pick 3 selections, which is sponsored by our friends at Clint’s Comics. We got to tell you – there are a lot of great books out this week that could have made our list. One of these weeks, we might just go crazy and do a Pick 30. As always, stop by your local comic shop and pick up your books!
Now you may have heard that every time Cullen goes to a local comic shop, he plans on only buying three books. Then the vapors take him over and he comes out with a big stack of books. We say that because Cullen went shopping again. And he did some reading, too. Or was that two?
Of course, Jerry’s been staying steady working on the #My500ComicGoal for 2021. And he is up over 600 books at the 1/3 mark of the year.
We have a trivia question this week centered around the Justice Society. How well do you know the team from 1940? Give us an answer and win a prize!
We would love to hear your comments on the show. Let us know what you’ve been reading or watching this week. Contact us on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or email. We want to hear from you! As always, we are the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! and we hope you enjoy the show.
