WCPE Episode 092 – For April 1, 2016 – Faith #3, Valiant Creator Interviews, and Batman v. Superman talk

faith3What the what the?!?!? Another podcast? The guys at the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! must be crazy – as if we haven’t proven that to you over the last 91 episodes! Here’s the inside scoop – we’ve got so much going on right now, with cons and news and movies, we just couldn’t contain it to just one episode this week. So you, our fine loyal listeners, are the big winner today! Sit back and enjoy the double-dose of John, Cullen, and Jerry for this week!

Our plans for this episode were to make it all Valiant this week. Because Faith #3 came out on Wednesday, and it was just awesome. So we wanted to talk about it and remind you why you should be picking up this book! Then we figured we would attach a pair of interviews that John did at C2E2 with two Valiant-exclusive creators, David Baron and Rafer Roberts. Baron is the colorist of Bloodshot: Reborn, Divinity, Doctor Mirage, and more. Roberts is the current writer of A&A: The Adventures of Archer and Armstrong, and his art has been featured in X-O Manowar and Harbinger. That’s a pretty full show just with all of that.

Then this little movie opened last week, named Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Have you seen it? Truth be told, a lot of people have seen it, and it has generated a lot of discussion in coffee shops, AOL forums, and even podcasts. We know we have some people (three, maybe four…) interested in our take on the film. So we offer up our thoughts on the movie, the reactions, and more. We would love to hear your take on the movie, but we do ask that we keep things civil. This is a family-friendly show (most of the time), and we’d like to keep it that way.

As always, we are the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER!, and we hope you enjoy the show.
